Why Stay Monthly SF
Finding a furnished place in San Francisco shouldn't be the hardest part of moving here.
I'm Cynthia Luo. I started Stay Monthly SF after seeing how difficult it was to land somewhere practical without immediately signing a full-year lease, buying furniture, and setting up utilities.
I run this as a focused part-time project and maintain direct relationships with established hotel partners that support one-month-or-longer stays. The current options are furnished private rooms near Powell BART.
The lease is issued through the hotel partner, while payments are coordinated through me. Before committing, you are welcome to book a weekday tour, confirm the partnership with hotel staff or the front desk, or message me for available records and past renter feedback.

Common Areas
Shared kitchen, coin-operated laundry, and spacious lobby areas are available across nearby partner hotel buildings. You may eat in your private room or use the common areas for cooking, occasional dining, work, meetings, or relaxing.
One room cleaning per month is currently included at no charge. If partner hotel rates increase while a legacy renter keeps an unchanged monthly rent, continued cleanings may cost $50 each.
